The loyalty program is simple. 

Sign up at the bar.  Once enrolled you collect point for every dollar spent. 
When you reach $100 spent you are able to receive a $10 credit to your next bill if you want to use it then. 

You can continue to accumulate points instead of using then...Once you hit $250 you get a $25 credit. 

Once you hit $500 dollars you get a $50 credit.
